i have customer with Scheduler for extension mobility logout at exact time , and suddenly it stopped , is there any service related with bulk administration tools need to be restarted ? and how to troubleshoot this issue ? or i have to configure new one and how ?

By scheduler do you mean the amount of time EM user gets logged out after? If so this is controlled via Extension Mobility Service Parameters --> Enforce Maximum Login Time and Maximum Login Time services. So, ensure these were no changed.

may be this, but i didn't visit the site yet , but what i knew from the customer by phone that there was bulk run every day at exact time to logout the phones .

CUCM doesn't have any service or bulk method to log out EM, you need to get the whole story of what and where they're doing this.

in any bulk run on CUCM we must choose on of 1- don't reset/restart phones 2- reset phones 3- restart phones
also there is amother check tell to logout phones b4 update , so we configure bulk to logout phones b4 update it also check don't reset/restart phones and chedule this bulk to run every day in exact time , and this was working and suddenly stopped , and i need to troubleshoot why it stopped.
