Extension mobility service on the Cisco 6921 phone

Hi All,

Can someone advise if the 6921 phone supports extension mobility? I tried to configure the service on it and it kept getting the error 202. It worked perfectly on a 7965. The version of call manager is 9.1(2).

yes ,it is supported,

What is the firmware u are using for 6921 and if  it is old one , try upgrading to latest one  for one ip phone .
