Sometimes the username on the telephone using Extension Mobility is blank. The telephone is used by one person all the time with Extension Mobility configured. We didn't restart the phone or the CallManager . Can someone help me how to slove this issue? Thanks

if i understood ur question correctly u need CCM to remember the user name for this user (in general last user logged in) not keep user name blank when trying to log in after being logged out.
in CCM 5.x, go to system-> service parameters-> choose ur CCM server-> choose Cisco extension mobility from service field -> u will find Remember the Last User Logged In , change it to true
the default value is false (which keeps username blank after logging out and trying to log in)
for
4.x go to service -> service parameters -> choose server -> extension mobility from service field -> u will find Remember the Last User Logged In , change it to true
