Extension Mobility

Dear All,

I have my CUCM cluster setup in UK and we have extension mobility for all users.

Is there way to find on which desk phone a particular user logged in and I do not want to check with user for this?

Hi Syed,

You can go to Cisco Unified Reporting and check the below report for help.

Unified CM Extension Mobility

Provides a summary of Cisco Extension Mobility usage; for example, the number of phones that have a Cisco Extension Mobility user logged in to them, the users that are associated with Cisco Extension Mobility, and so on.

I have generated the report now, but not seeing the user that I want.

syed you can easily do this

device>phone> click on actively logged in device report on the top right hand side of the page

Select the user profile and you will see the phone the user is logged in to
