Hi,
I have here an issue with transfering an external caller. Four locations and one of them has this issue.
The transferbutton is not working and the phone is not showing anything. On the line, i have seen maximum calls= 2.
Phones 69xx, sccp, firmware 9.3.1
Callmanager 8.6.2
What can be investigated?

Do you have traces for the event along with call info ,kindly set detailed traces and attach them here.

Hi, i collected traces, but because of public holidays i had not analysed them.
I had seen a lot of open cavets for the firmware so i will do an update on one phone.
I had seen also in other customer enviroment, that the log on the phone (99xx, sip) can help, too. But this time it is skinny not sip and i had not found something usefull.
