we having following server

1.       Call Manager Cluster (Publisher & Subscriber)

2.       Voice Mail System (Unity server)

3.       UCCX Server

  can any one guide how to integrate uccx with call manger cluster.

you must ceate an AXL application user user in CUCM for the UCCX the user must has (Standard AXL API Access), then you can  follow the steps in the folowing link,

by this you have the integration between the CUCM and the UCCX, then you must configure the Application and

associate it with trigger (CTI Route Point), and create Resource groupe ....etc, this configuration done in UCCX and by using the AXL user this configuration will relicated to CUCM.
