External Calls make phones ring twice

Hello again everybody,

Ever since I rolled out my fresh installation of CUCM 7.0(2)-22903, my phones ring differently when they receive calls from the PSTN. No matter the ringtone, the phone will ring twice back-to-back, then pause like normal, then rings twice again back-to-back. Does somebody have an idea what setting I need to check to remove this 'feature'?

You are seeing/hearing this behaviour

*Distinctive ring for on- and off-net status this is a "distinctive cadence" based on the gateway setting. It is enabled by default. On the gateway configuration page you set the gateway as On-net or Off-net.
