I have a customer that wants to add an external moh source to their current callmanager 6.x implementation. I currently have the default. They have this external box that used to connect in somehow to their old pbx. Is there a way to connect something like that into a callmanager? Im not sure how it hooks up yet, Ill have to check, but I thought Id at least get some opinions on this. Thanks.

Here is a link to the SRND for 6.x with MOH.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/srnd/6x/moh.html#wp1043723
but really what it comes down to is using a cisco supported "MOH-USB-AUDIO" device that connects USB to the call manager. After reading the SRND you will find that you can only have one live audio source per MOH server but you can have multiple MOH servers. Just will take configuring your MRG correctly.
If this external box you speak of has an audio out jack then you should be ok.
Hope this helps!

Thanks. I just got word that the external device company is going to send the audio to me to just put on the callmanager. Thanks.
