Hello all,
When phones go into SRST, all seems well but the external phone number mask for outbound calls to PSTN. It seems it's "lost" and instead the DN is shown. The mask is shown on the IP phone screen, but does not show on the destination endpoint.
Basically I got 2 questions:
1- is this normal?
2- is there a way I can apply a translation-profile, but not on the outbound dial peer pots? Because if I apply it on the DP pots, it,ll be effective even when not in SRST.
I tried adding it to the voice register pool, but did not help.
When not in SRST, Ext Num mask works fine, with no translations on DP pots. (that's how I want to keep it)
This is what we're using:
- CUCM 11.0, SIP SRST 10.5, GW IOS Version 15.5(3)S1a
- SIP phones 8861 (sip88xx.10-3-1-20), 7821 (sip78xx.10-3-1-12)
- CUCM->SIP->GW->PSTN (PRI)
