It seems like am the only one who got this query. I guess am misssing some thing in my configuration.
i have implemted FAC for external calls, Like every user has its own FAC and whenever he wants to make external call (long distance call) he dials FAC after the beep. Now problem is that number with the FAC is saved in the call history. So any one can browse it. Whoever has the access to that phone.
Please can you guide me how to avoid this.
And one more thing in phones which are using SCCP protocol same FAC config after dialing the number prompt comes to enter the FAC and in the phones using SIP it only beeps no prompt for the code. Is this is normal or am i missing any thing.
Am using CCM 5.0
