Is anyone using the Facility Service functionality with a 3rd party control system?
We use Facility Service 1 with Touch 10's directly connected or paired with codecs, but with the codecs that have Crestron Controllers, it would appear from the API guide that the Facility Service API's have been removed a few versions ago.
If we program a button on the Crestron touch, that's a lot of programming to change if/when we change the help number. If we can do it through Facility Service, it's easy to push the config to all codecs.
