I'm having a problem with my cisco 8811, because it's losing registration, but and when I connect it directly to the switch it works, but when I pass it through the infraestruture at the network point it loses registration... any solutions?

if you have firewall, just for test, enable any to any policy & check again.. (maybe firewall is blocking some traffic)
& do not use NAT for traffic flow of voip & your phones.. (NAT will make issues with voip)
also, you can test softphone register with your laptop instead of actual phone 8811, and see what happens exactly, with packet captures softwares like wireshark..
and in your remote network lan, you must add option 150 TFTP in your DHCP pool, & point it to CUCM, so phones be able to get connected with CUCM..

Get the patch port tested with a Fluke (Brand) TDR by a reputable cabler.
NOTE: IF the tester is not a Fluke, "go away".
