Hi all,
After rebooting the UCCX cluster we are getting the RTMT alert as:
ServerDown occurred.
Node <FQDN_UCCX_subscriber> is unreachable.
The alert is generated on Wed Jul 25 09:29:53 EDT 2018 on node <FQDN_UCCX_subscriber>.
But all nodes are looking good. I even cleared and disable the "Server down" alert too. But still, the alert is triggering. So please help me with this.
Regards,
Rajesh

I have ran into a similar issue with CUCM before. It turned out to be this bug: CSCtl75789
I couldn't say if the same bug would affect UCCX though. A simple test would be to run a packet capture on the server and see if you are seeing TCP session issues on ports 1090 and 1099.

Issue resolved.
After a planned reboot of the UCCX Publisher, this alert has been cleared.

Raj
