Fast busy outbound caling pots lines

I have a scenario where I can dial the DID on a 7841 phone dial the extension and both work

From that phone user can dial my extension and that works

When that user tries to make an outbound call to an external number they get a fast busy

Site is using pots lines and I see them registered in the CM

Any ideas where can I look?

Can you give more details, like what type of CM? Version? The gateway is using what type of protocol?

The gateway MGCP is registered? What is the status of the gateway in CUCM?

Did you make some debugs to check whats goiing on?

All types of calls? Inbound and Outbounds?

It was something pretty lame lol.  I forgot to add the Route Group to the Pool dang it lol.  Haven't done this in a while so missed that step.  Now just have to get the long distance on the numbers, local calling works.  Thank you :).
