fast busy tone after transferring externals calls

i use CCM 7.0 and H323 gateway cisco 2811. internal call forwarding works fine.

From my ip phone, i call my cell phone then i try to transfer the call to another cell phone so the 2 cell phones can reach each other, after pushing transfer softkey botton i heard a fast busy tone in my cell phone.

the attach file contain the sh run of my Gateway

any ideas

Hi Bilal,

Try this Service Parameter under CUCM "Block External-to-External Transfer"

make sure it is set to "False".

Did you mean Block OffNet To OffNet Transfer ?

if yes, this service is already set to "false"

In my environement, i have CCM 7.0 and 2 gatways h323 3825 and 2811 (all within same Vlan). the 2 gateways are configured the same way but the call transfer works fine with the 3825 gateway but it does not with the 2811 one.
