Fast busy tone Call manager 8.6

Dears,

sometime in a day when i dial to pstn it gives me fast busy tone then again when i dial again it gives me fast busy tone i have to wait for 15 to 20 sec and when i try it works fine but this happen intermitent, and also sometime the call are dropping while speaking

How i have to troubleshoot for these two type of problem, fast busy tone and call dropped.

Hi,

what is your voice gateway, H323 or MGCP ? what is your PSTN connection , FXO or E1 ?

The voice gateway is H323 and it is a E1 controller

Hi Clark.

I would check with the provider the status of E1 circuit and the connectivity between CUCM and VG.

This also occurs when no E1 channel is available.

Please activate a debug isdn q931 and see what happens when you receive a fast buy tone.

I am receiving the below logs in the router logging, may be because of this my call are dropped, I am not using any IVR system

%IVR-3-LOW_CPU_RESOURCE: IVR: System experiencing high cpu utilization (96/100).

     Call (callID=1521092) is rejected.

My IOS version is  c2951-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M6.bin

In addition to what Mr. Kamal has asked , I wouldsuggest to upgrade the image to c2951-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M10.bin which is the latest available since 15.0 M is the maintenance release.
