FAX Analog number not receiving both internal and external call

We still have using VG 224 for few analog  Fax lines, one of a existing fax number not receiving both internal and external call but we can able to make outgoing calls from the same number.

CUCM or CME? Is the VG224 using MGCP or H.323? Do you have the proper route pattern or dial peer setup to send calls to the VG224?

Hi Brandon,

         Thanks for your response, It is MGCP and using CUCM. no issue with route pattern and existing other fax numbers are working fine.

Port shows registered in CUCM? What happens when you call the DN internally? Fast busy? Have you checked CSS/partition? Test the call flow with DNA.
