Fax - Busy Tone

I've got a fax machine (Savin 7025) that's connected to a 2901 GW via FXS port. The device is able to send faxes, but cannot receive. When dialing the number internally or externally I receive a busy tone. GW voice-port has no configuration.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

*Confirmed cable is in "LINE" port.

*Moved device to another line bypassing GW and was able to call unit successfully.

*Performed reset (shut/noshut) on GW port.

*Changed CSS on the port.

*Performed "debug voice ccapi inout" but received no output.

Can you provide the following;

• running config of the gateway
• PSTN number that the fax machine should respond to
• a debug voice ccapi inout capture of an attempted inbound fax

I've attached my sanitized GW config. The fax DN is 1710. The PSTN is sending these digits via PRI on another gateway at a different site, but I have confirmed on that gateway that the call is arriving via "debug isdn" command. The "debug voice ccapi inout" shows no output.

You may try to reset the mgcp gateway configuration in CCM and then do a "no mgcp" then "mgcp" on the gateway.
