Fax machine doesn't work on Cisco ATA 191

Hello,

We have CUCM 12.5 and cisco ATA's 191 analog adapters. We are able to call thru the ATA's 191 on analog phones but we aren't able to fax between ATA 191. Any suggestions?

I assume your problem is when sending FAX to outside numbers.

Do Know what FAX protocol is supported by your  ISP, if not  Find the FAX protocol which your ISP supports or supported in your region.

And Could you please share your gateway configuration ?

Actually the two fax numbers our internal it doesn't go out thru our ISP. Any suggestions?
