“File not found ISO-8859-1”

Hi,

The issue is related to Cisco 7960 model,We configured with a 7914 14 button EM.

After a reset we are getting “File not found ISO-8859-1”, Also all the lights on the expansion module are red and no numbers are displaying.

Please suggest what to do.
