Find Unassigned DN within a particualr range using AXL

Hi All

I am trying to find the list of unassigned DN within a particular range using AXL or SQL query. Is there a method to find the list. Any help would be much appreciated.

Route plan report does this, if you serach for DN/extension. it will tell you if its assigned or not.

Can this be achieved using a SQL query as we are trying to automate the process.
