If agents or supervisors sign in to Finesse and after five times in a row with the wrong password, Finesse blocks access to that user account, the lockout period is only 5 minutes. How do you unlock them? I know its not AD linked because I tested this. Is there no way but to wait for the 5 mins for them to get unlocked?

Looks like this policy is hard coded and cannot be changed, see:
