Firewall ports to be opened for CUCM & other device integration

Hi,

I have CUCM 8.0.3 & Meeting place 8.0 in network. It is to be integrated with:-

CUCM - Microsoft AD
CUMC - Tandberg VCS over SIP
CUCM - Microsoft OCS Meditaion server over SIP trunk
Meeting place - Microsoft Exchange server.

There is firewall in between all these devices & we need to get required ports open for integration. Please suggest the port details to be opened.
