Hi All,
Once again I must ask for your assistance. I am attempting to upgrade my Firmware on my 8861. Currently I have the 11-7-1-17. I followed the video (See Link) and while it attempts to download the file it gets stuck and nothing happens.

The goal here is to be able to change my backgrounds on my bekm expansion modules.

So with that error do you believe I won’t be able to get this firmware to the 8861?
if so is there a work around?

I do not do CUCM/CUE, as I only play with Asterisk.
Whenever I encounter an issue like this, the first place to look is the complete output from the Status (Settings > Administrator Settings >Status > Status Messages). I want to see what messages appear there. All of them.
Most importantly, nowhere in this thread is it ever mentioned if the phone in question is getting a valid IP address or not.

Well everyone.. I walked into the office where the 8861 is and the firmware is updated and my custom background is appearing now.
