We are a small private school that bought a State school building. It came with about 20 7960 phones. We would like to use them with our VOIP system and we need to update the firmware so the phones will talk SIP.
I called Cisco support and they said it is out of date and no longer supported and to go to the Cisco Community to get the firmware from the Community.
Does anyone have the Firmware that we can download so we can update our phones so we can connect them to our VOIP system?
Thanks

The one of the filename for the 7940/7960 is "cmterm-7940-7960-8.9.00-sip.cop".
What happens if someone enters that filename into a web search engine?
