Flash 7960G using PoE from 3750

Hi

I would like to configure a couple of 7960G's using a 3750 switch but currently stuck on upgrade screen. 

I have performed a hard reset of both phones and connected both to a 3750 switch with vanilla settings. The switch is the only source of power. I have connected the switch to a pc running TFTP server hosting the 7960 SIP files in the .zip downloaded from Cisco and a generic CNF file I found on the net.

I am stuck on the upgrade screen. My questions are:

1. Do I need to use an external power pack to flash the phone or does PoE suffice?

2. Can the phone can get files via the switch/pc set up?

3. Am I missing something?
