Hello, im having an issue with all Cisco 8941 phones and the Forced Authorization Code.
Every other phone model 3805 is working ok with it when we try to call X number it ask for the FAC. But when we try with the 8941 phone it doesnt ask for the FAC, it just presents a random code encrypted by ******, then 2 tones, followed by the busy signal.
Its like its entering an Invalid Authorization Code before we even try to input it.
Please help!
