Hey guys,
do you know how I can force a cisco IP phone to restart remotely, even it is in current call? A normal reset/restart waits until the user hang off.

I don't know of a way of doing this, other than bouncing the switch port that the user's phone is connected to.

Unfortunately yes, that would be the last solution. I thought there is any other way via CUCM.
