Forward Call to Other Extension Number

Hi,

Anyone can help me ? I still new with the CUCM, can anyone guide me how to set forward call to other extension number only you the last 4 digit number. Example : 047366015 instead we put full number I want to only put 6015 & forward.

Is that possible ?

Absolutely possible. You’d need to create translation pattern(s) in a partition that the directory number(s) has access to in its call forward CSS that translates from the 4 digit format to the actual number.
