How do we insure that it is the forwarded number's voicemail that picks up? Seems when we Fwd All, it rings the forwarded number, but if that person doesn't pick up is loops back to the original number's voicemail. We'd like the forwarded number's voicemail to pick up the call instead. Pls help

We got it figured out.
Fwd All > 9+10-digit forwarding number will forward the call and the pick-up/voicemail will stay with the forwarded number regardless if the incoming call came from on or off-campus.
Fwd All > 4-digit extension will forward the call but the pick-up/voicemail will be looped back to the original number IF the call is on campus.
Since we want to guarantee the call goes to the voicemail of the forwarded number regardless of how the call is coming in, we're telling our staff to use the 9+10-digit for assigning the forwarding number.

Start by mentioning what products and versions you use.

Cisco IP Phone 7841

The phone model is irrelevant for this, what products are used in the backend?
