Dear Friends.
I have a concern for my FXO port when call are getting forwarded.Below is my scenario
We have 2 FXO lines which is registered as MGCP on CUCM 10.5
IOS version : 15.1(4)M8,
Whenever call is forwarded to an external number when the caller disconnects the call we still see forwarded external number continues to ring and after a certain time call is automatically disconnected and fxo port is released . This issue is happening only when calls are forwarded to external number otherwise to no issues.
--------------------Call comes in ---------- ------------------------ ----------FXO 1
-------------------Call goes out to external forwarded number------- FXO2
Below are the voice port configuration
voice-port 0/1/0
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
supervisory custom-cptone TAC
no battery-reversal
timeouts call-disconnect 3
timeouts wait-release 1
caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/1/1
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
supervisory custom-cptone TAC
no battery-reversal
timeouts call-disconnect 3
timeouts wait-release 1
caller-id enable
voice class custom-cptone TAC
dualtone disconnect
frequency 400
cadence 375 375
Tried no local bypass on voice card also.
Please let me know if anyone knows how to get rid of this issue

Hello,
Does a normal inbound call disconnects properly if the caller disconnects while IP phone is ringing? can you also configure "dualtone busy" under custom-cptone TAC with same frequency and cadence and check.
