FXO got hung after Shutdown

Hi,
I have a problem : after shutdown and no shutdown command the FXO hung, please do you have any solution ?

 

Foreign Exchange Office 0/2/0 Slot is 0, Sub-unit is 2, Port is 0
Type of VoicePort is FXO
Operation State is DORMANT
Administrative State is UP
The Last Interface Down Failure Cause is Administrative Shutdown

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
supervisory custom-cptone AR-custom
no battery-reversal
timeouts ringing 15

It's in wait release. Enable the following debug -

debug voip vtsp all
debug vpm signal

Do a "shut/no shut" under the voice port. Collect the logs post that, copy them in a text file and attach it here.

I already did "shut/no shut" many times, but i note that there are 2 active calls stuck on the port 0/2/0
