FXO (HWIC) port configuration on Cisco CME router

Hello all:

I am working for a small company where we use Cisco CME router for our VoIP communication. Our company brought two new digital phone lines and asked me to connect it through FXO ports, so we can receive and make calls through our VoIP phones.

Below is the configuration that I have done, but still I am not able to receive calls on Cisco Phones.

----------------------------------------

voice-port 0/3/0
 trunk-group FXO
 connection plar opx 1004
 description PSTN-FXO-# 0202444444
 caller-id enable

-----------------------------------------

dial-peer voice 202444444 pots
 destination-pattern 0202......
 port 0/3/0

-----------------------------------------

ephone-dn  7
 number 1004
 label Samsung /Techwin
 name Samsung /Techwin

Did you configure an ephone with its mac adress

Also, show voice port summary to see the port status

yes, dear I have configured the ephone and here is a snapshot of both ephone and "show voice port summary"

share debug voip ccapi inout

I have turned on the debug for the command that you sent me, but the router does not generate any log message.

Make sure that logging level is debugging and make a test call.

You say digital lines, which cannot be connected to FXO. FXO are for analog lines. Are you sure you are not messing up the cabling and the actual ports ?

Dear Raghav:

Yes, it is FIXED LINE (DIGITAL PHONE). Below is the link of the provider company.

Meanwhile, it was working fine for a day or so, then stopped working.
