I initially put this in the wrong area so I will try it here.
We have a 3640 router with 3 NM-2V slots. Each slot has 2 FXO-2 cards. After a reload/reboot, the first port in each FXO comes up in shutdown state. I can then do:
voice-port 1/0/0
shut
no shut
and they are both operational. I will then save the configuration. I verify that the running config and startup config are the same. Reload/reboot and the first port of the pair is again shutdown. The current config shows it as does the startup config!
Has anyone seen this before?
3640 is running 12.4(25a). Call Manager is 4.1.
