FXS ports in Line group

Hi,

We have VG224 Gateway registered on our CUCM through sccp. We have assigned 3 extension numbers to FXS ports. But when I add this extensions to the Line group and call to the pilot number, I've heard fast busy.

Hi Tauke,

This was nicely answered by Andrew;

"The VG224 ports are "logged out" of Hunt Groups by default.

If you put a tick in the "Logged into Hunt Group" box at the Device Level on the VG224 that will fix it."
