FXS stcapp state: OOS

Hello,

I have a cme with an fxs card on which a fax was working using stcapp,

today i got the following:

the call state became OOS.

any idea of what happened, it was working for more then 2weeks till today.

It was something related to IP NAT on the oruter once we removed it , it worked case closed
