Hello all

I have setup two seperate voicemail boxes which are being used for two seperate lines on a 7942 phone. All works fine but I get no MWI on handset for secong line. However, the flashing envelope appears on line disaplay......

Not sure if this is normal behaviour or maybe I need to tweak something?

No worries all as it is now resolved....thanks to me checking out Rob H's previous reply.

Resolution:

Change the Visual Message Waiting Indicator Policy on the second line to Light And Prompt....
