Hi everyone,
I'm fresh installation CUCM 8.5 in ESXi4 (UCS C210M2 model). And we are facing CUCM system unble to ping or trace route to local network, although we are configure static IP address including gateway completed. So, we are confuse what is the cause of this problem between CUCM system or ESXi4 and how to fix it. I would ask on here to see if anyone else has had a chance to test or fix this out.
We try to logging in CLI of CUCM system for seting the network interface down and up again, but still not working.

If you can't ping it's either a problem with the VSS you configured in ESXi, your switch config or simply routing/ intervlan routing.
There's really no way to tell you where your problem is with just that info.

Hi
We just configure simply routing and any VLAN routing. We don't know why is not able to route within local network.

Hello Piyachat,
To start with check out the following configuration
Is your CUCM IP address is in same subnet as ESXi vmkernel address ?
If not, have you configured appropriate VLAN ID for the port group on vSwitch in ESXi host ?
Does your upstream physical switch port allows necessary VLANs ?
