generating CDR report in vmware plotform

Hi we are using 8.6 cucm version in vmware . is it possible to generate cdr report with inbuilt tool or it requires billing software. because i don;t find the CAR tool in cucm.

Hi Baskaran,

CAR has nothing to do with CUCM on vmware. And CUCM 8.6 has CAR
