We have a newly upgraded 8.6.2 CUCM cluster and we are experimenting with a couple of 8945 phones and video calling. Once I set the CAC correctly in regions, we were able to place a call and the video popped up as it should. However, before it does, between hwne the call is answered and the video image appears, we see an error on the phone screen that reads "Unable to setup video call". Both phones see this and it happens on every video call.
I assume that the phones are trying to setup the video using one method and are falling back to something that works, but I'd really like to know what that is and how we can remove the year.
