I have a CallManager 4.1.3. When I open the CDR application, it goes immidiately to screen that says "Sysem error, please see your administrator." This happens after entering the username and password. The CDR has been installed twice and it's the same thing. Any ideas on what else to look for? Supossedly, nothing was changed on the server. Thanks.

without looking at CDR/CAR logs, it's very difficult to tell what the problem was.
Usually it's caused by corrupted database tables.
BTW, CDR/CAR is more robust on CUCM 6.x/7.x. That might be one of the reasons you want to upgrade :)

Thanks Michael, where are the CAR logs located? And, what can I do about possible corrupted database tables? The customer won't upgrade to 6.x/7.x any time soon.
