my task, give access to read, write >>> Call Routing> Call Pickup Group

i create "role" assign to user, what type Role conf > Application, contains this feature?

Ivan,

Go to

User Management ---> Role

Copy the Standard CCM Phone Management role

Use a name of your choice.

E.g. AR-PHONE-PUG

Look at the read/write settings in your new Role and

check read/write on Call Pickup Web Pages

Remove any priveladges that you do not want the user to have access to.

Create your new APP USER and assign the new role to it.
