Globalcallid_callid trace between CUCM - CUC - CUCM.

Hi folks,

 

I have customer where there is IPT 10.5 environment in existence.

There is need to track call landed from CUCM --> Cisco Unity (IVR) --> CUCM.

 

Can you please help how shall i understand CDR?

Have you checked out the CDRs to see if the globalCallID_callId does indeed change?  I would expect it to stay the same, as you are just forwarding it from one device / trunk to another, and you'd just have multiple legs all associated with the same globalCallID

 

Either use the CAR built into CUCM, or use a free tool like VoIP Detective to read the CDRs and see if you can trace the call all the way through.
