H323 CCM Redundancy

CCM 5.x in a 2 server cluster, H323 Gateway running IOS 12.4(7c).

Client reported inbound calls failing.

Gateway had to inbound dial peers, one to each CCM. ISDN traces showed call coming in then disconnecting.

Turns out the subscriber is down, and the higher-preference dial peer is pointing to it. I removed the dial-peer, leaving the other peer pointing to the pub in place and inbound calling resumed.

Scratching my head at the moment. Can someone confirm the expected behavior with H323 and redundant peers....?
