H323 gateway integration

Dear  all

Please i  have to integrate CUCM with old  Ericsson  PBX that only support H323 slow start with g729 with 30 bit packet size  , i tried so many times with changing the service parameters in cucm  but the call can't be established , are their any one know how i can modify the bellow parameters in cucm , that was configured on the my router before  , i need to modify them on cucm v 11.5 :

voice call convert-discpi-to-prog
voice call carrier capacity active
voice rtp send-recv

!

voice class h323 1
h225 timeout setup 5
call start slow
h245 caps mode restricted

all my configuration was on the cucm v11.5:

1- I modify the packet size for G729 with 30 bit in service parameter in cucm .

2- also the default  codec to G729 , and i disabled all the aither codec .

3- i create a regain with  G729 codic to my both device pools .

4 also i put  the G279 in the top of  Factory Default low loss  list .

In the H323 gateway configuration : i unchecked  the bellow  parameter :

1-Wait for Far End H.245 Terminal Capability Set

2-Enable Inbound FastStart -------> because i need slow start option

3-Enable outgoing  FastStart ------>because i need slow start option

please  if you have any advice or you know how to modify the parameters that i mention  them before in my post .
