I have a customer who is looking to user CUCM Business Edition - so CallManager 6.0 or 6.1. They use a CRM system called 'Infor ERP System 21 ' from IBM.
Has anyone tried using the Cisco TAPI client with this CRM system for click-to-dial and inbound screen pop? If so could you tell me if it works OK or if there are any known issues?
