Have Internal Error on voice gateway.

is it vxml server connectd to cvp server ?

Hi,
This error usually means that the IVR script is not able to correctly route the call and this , most likely, is a diapeer matching issue.
As Tagir suggested, please post a show run and please also attach the output of a show call application session.
