Hello everyone. We just bought a Cisco 561 headset. The headset itself works great since you can connect it to a computer via USB. But, we have a Cisco IP phone 7941 running 9-4 firmware. When this headset is plugged into that phone it doesn't seem to recognize it. The headset dock connects to the phone via (2) cables. There are LEDs on the dock showing which devices are connected to it (Bluetooth, computer, IP phone). When I press the IP Phone button on the dock it blinks 3 times and nothing happens. I know that the LED should be solid white when a successful connection is made. Any advice or ideas? Is this IP Phone 7941 capable of 561 headset functionality?

Hey, I have the same issue the cs 561 is not detectable by the telephone system 7841.
How can I solve that?
