I just received a new Cisco Headset Model 561 today. When speaking, I hear my own voice as feedback in my ear piece. This echo is very distracting. I've asked others at my company and others are experiencing the same issues, even the IT guy. My old one didn't do that. How do I keep this feedback from happening?
