I' ve created a cti route point in my cucm 8.6.2.
At the moment I' dont hava a Cue on my network, I've this question:
I'ts correctthat the cti route point are non registered? for the registration it's necessary to have a cue connecetd ad available on the network?

Yes, it's correct is not registered, only UCCX CTI port should be registered (at least I have only see this kind of CTI registered). No, CTI Point works as a "virtual phone" for forward call to wherever you want.

Hi Giancarlo,
That is most correct my friend If the application, (CUE
in this case) is not available CTI-RP's will always be unregistered.
